The poor quality of the products and the disastrous advice of one of their workers is outrageous. This afternoon I went to buy a toy for my dog ​​(border collie) who has never previously destroyed any of the toys she has and I asked the saleswoman among several which one she recommends for my dog, she recommends one telling me that it is more resistant (which said delicate jaw on the packaging without knowing how to tell me what that meant). I go home and the minute I get it the dog is already broken so I return to the store on the dog's next walk and the same saleswoman who sold it to me tells me that it is normal and that the toys have a limited life and that she cannot return it to me.
